"With Level II Autism, my son struggles to get to school. It is almost like he is frozen. It is like he is having a panic attack, but he turtles himself and can't speak. These days are tough. You cannot force him to go to school and yelling does not work. I felt helpless and didn't know what to do.
All of these things have made a huge difference. He rode the bus, and went to school, eleven days in a row. This was a big change from the beginning of the year, where he missed too much school, and I felt a failure as a mom, because I didn't know how to help him. Now, I feel more confident that he will be able to live on his own some day. Thank you for giving me that peace of mind."

Do you walk out of IEP meetings wondering if anyone actually heard what you said? Like they just nod along and do whatever they want anyway?
You know your kid best, but does the team act like your input doesn’t count for anything?
Are you heartbroken that your child isn't making better IEP progress? Or that they're not even following the IEP consistently?
Are you speaking up at IEP meetings...but get nowhere? And don't know what your next steps should be?

You’re overwhelmed and out of time — between work, therapy schedules, and constant meetings, advocacy feels like a second job. Inside the Academy, you’ll find short, ready-to-use tools that fit into real life — not another course you’ll feel guilty for not finishing.
You’re tired of getting “no” from the school and not knowing what to do next. The Academy gives you scripts, templates, and step-by-step guidance to turn “no” into documented action and forward progress.
You’ve spent money on trainings or consultants before that didn’t change anything. This isn’t theory, it’s the exact process I’ve used for 15 years to help thousands of parents win real IEP improvements, one small step at a time.
You feel defeated and outmatched by a system that always seems one step ahead. The Academy shows you how to use the law, the data, and your paper trail to take that power back... calmly, confidently, and effectively.

- Most of those trainings are put together by clinicians and agencies who rarely attend IEP meetings--not parents and advocates who do this every day.
- They taught me all the laws and the rights my child had, but not how to apply those laws.
- Or, they'd give me these amazing intervention ideas, but didn't tell me how to ask for them--effectively.
"If it wasn't for you, I don't know what would've been my son's high school years. Wish I had found this 5 years before I did, might have helped his older brother."

You are currently in Due Process with your school. Please wait until it's complete.
…you don’t want to learn new ways to support kids with disabilities.
…you’re more interested in arguing with schools than actually helping your child move forward.
- When is the live training scheduled? Can I access the training content before the live session? The live trainings are scheduled on Thursday afternoons, eastern time, during the school year. Advocate chats happen monthly throughout the summer. You can access all of the training library videos (100+) right after you enroll.
- How long are the live trainings? Will there be a Q&A session during the live training? The live trainings are usually 30-60 minutes, and yes, we always allow for Q&A. In fact, if a training session is not scheduled, the entire time is Q&A.
- Is this workshop suitable for beginners who are new to IEPs?Absolutely! Don't IEP Alone Academy has something for everyone--from the beginner parent just starting with their first IEP.... to the seasoned advocate who has been advocating for others for years.
- What is your refund policy?Due to the digital nature of this product, there are no refunds because we cannot recall the product(s) back. You can cancel your payment at any time, but once payment is canceled, your access is immediately revoked.
- How long can I access the training? This is come and stay as you go! If you just have a small problem to fix, come in, get the skills, fix the problem and leave when you're done. If it's a bigger issue, stay until it's resolved. Or, leave and come back--it's $27/month for as long or as short as you wish.
- How does this work? Can you really get an IEP team to say yes?One of the unfortunate things about IEPs is that the system is not fair. It is stacked against parents. Some schools will say no until a parent either hire an attorney or stop asking. I cannot guarantee how any School Staff will respond. But, after offering this training for 5 years, more than 90% of our parents have reported back that they finally got to yes with their IEP team.
I position our requests in a way that makes it very hard to say no. And yes, these 4 steps can be applied to any disability.
But what I can tell you is this--With the Academy, you will know what you have data to support, and what you don't. And you will efficiently, effectively, and meticulously be following the IEP Process outlined by IDEA.
I don't get satisfaction for my families just because I'm an advocate--it's because I know what I can support asking for on paper and what I cannot. And I know how to work toward getting data if we don't have it.
